The site publishes information about Indian initial public offerings — grey market premium (GMP) figures, issue dates, price bands, subscription and listing data — together with educational guides. 2. Accuracy of information
We compile data from public sources and unofficial grey-market trackers in good faith and label it with its as-of date, but we make no representation or warranty — express or implied — that any information on the site is accurate, complete or current. GMP in particular is unofficial, unregulated, volatile and unverifiable. Issue dates and price bands can change after we publish. Always verify against the red herring prospectus and official exchange announcements before acting.
3. Your responsibilities
- Any investment decision you make is yours alone, made at your own risk, ideally with advice from a SEBI-registered investment advisor.
- You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volumes, or misrepresent its content as your own.

The site's original content — articles, guides, page design, the WorldBest IPO name and logo — belongs to the site's operator. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link.
